Birthday Fun!!

I have a good friend who's birthday is this weekend and I usually bake her a bunch of goodies. But she's currently watching what she eats and trying to get in more workouts, so I didn't think it was fair to shower her with goodies she can't eat! So I put together this gift basket with 100 calorie snacks, green tea water mix-ins and some really cool hair ties that are great when working out. I used my From The Desk Of template from Papertrey Ink. I haven't put this one together yet, but was surprised how easy it was. I decided on pink and black and polka dots. Very girly! Because you know, she's a girl.



I made a mini card, measures about 3x3. Used all the scraps I had left over from the template.



I just love these buttons from PTI. The colors are great and I love how many big ones come in the packs.



I put the hair ties and headbands in these glassine bags and just added a punched flower with a polka dot band to match the rest of the gift.



I will definitely be using that template again, it's pretty roomy. But have you seen the new templates coming out?? Oh my, a picnic basket...LOVE it!!! I seriously need more time in my day to spend making all these cool projects!
