Today I have 2 cards to share with you. I started by pulling out some Design Shop stickers by Making Memories. You can find these at Croppin' Paradise. These are glossy, 3-dimensional stickers that add some fun and dimension to your card or any project, really. Here is my first card using one of the layered flowers.
I had some Bella Blvd scraps on my table and was happy to see they coordinated with my big layered flower.
I love using up my scraps and thank you cards are kinda like my card default. I always send them and always need them. For my next card, I pulled out some cardstock that matched the hibiscus flowers on the sticker sheet and went from there.
The sentiment and flowers are from the Design Shop stickers. I love the glossy look of the flowers and they are all popped up with 3-d foam tape!
Orange and teal is just so pretty together. The paper I used is all Papertrey Ink so officially the colors are Hawaiian Shores and Orange Zest. Ahh...reminds me of summer and the beach!

ReplyDeleteWow, Mara! Way to work those stickers! What great cards! What did I do on WCMD?... I found a card sketch that I was going to make up. I got as far as cutting out a circle for one of the die cut elements. Then I decided I wanted to use a Navy instead of Kraft background, and couldn't find any Navy cardstock. AND that was my card making weekend! LOL!

ReplyDeleteHello there;0) Both of your cards are so pretty! Love the colors and the flowers are beautiful. I did not get ANY time to craft this weekend. We had to pick up my FIL dog to watch for the next two weeks. He lives in Victorville... Then we ended up staying the night. I am having withdrawals right now because it has been about a week since I have worked on anything;0( Maybe tomorrow..hee hee
