Baked Zucchini Fries

Happy Friday everyone!! If you've been a follower of this blog for any amount of time (and if aren't a follower...no time like the present!) you know that I loooove my sweets. I love to bake and eat them and not too many vegetables make an appearance on this blog. Until today. Today, I have a vegetable for you. And it's delicious!

Baked Zucchini Fries...


These are a great substition for french fries at any meal. They are flavorful and delicious. Make sure you bake them until they are golden brown and crispy.


I loved them. My kids loved them. The first time I made them, I didn't make enough. My kids asked for 2nd and 3rd helpings! Summer is fast approaching and if you plant zucchini you know that sometimes you have TOO much zucchini and nothing to do with it. This is the perfect way to prepare it!

    omg- last summer we planted waaaaayyy tooo much zucchini and squash. i've made just about anything and everything zucchini. ha ha! i might be ready to actually eat it again. ;)

    I make these, and the family loves them. We eat them plain, or dip them in fat free ranch dressing! YUM!
