I used the Birthday Banner Triangle cut file that is new this month to create the base of the banner. I then created two fan fold flowers to anchor the banner. I used the star from the new Magical Birthday Wishes cut file set for embellishing.
I always seem to go back to the Fine Finish cut file set!! I love all the frame shapes and used one for the background of the inside banner pieces. And the new Magical Birthday Numbers for the big 4. I cut it once on my Cricut then used my Cricut features to cut a shadow. I like the layering!

FABULOUS banner! I meant to make a 4th one this year and ran out of time :) oh well, there's always next year! And I did get a chance to bake at least :)
