Rice Krispy Treats x 3

After posting a healthy recipe, I thought I would overload you all with sugary sweetness today!!! Do you remember when I made these???

M&M Rice Krispy treats. They could not have been easier to make and we all loved them. But it got me thinking...what else can I mix with rice krispy treats??? The first thing I tried was Oreos. I just chopped up a bunch of oreos and threw them in the mix.

Do you still like my doilies???? I really bought them with intentions to use them in my scrapbook layouts, but I keep using them for food photos.

I actually liked the oreo treats better than the M&M treats. We all gave these a big thumbs up. But then I started thinking again...what is the Holy Grail of flavors???? Peanut Butter and Chocolate. Oh yeah...peanut butter and chocolate.

Yes, i'm talking about peanut butter cup rice krispy treats. I don't even think this dessert is legal in 12 different states!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have one word for these...AMAZING. I have no other words. Except the recipe.

Peanut Butter Cup Rice Krispy Treats
modified from Picky Palate

2 cups peanut butter
50 mini peanut butter cups

Melt the 2 cups peanut butter in the microwave until it's smooth and mixable. Cut up the peanut butter cups. Put ~2/3 of the PB cups into the peanut butter. Mix, but not too much. Spread the topping on the rice krispy treats in the pan. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the pb cups.

Isn't that EASY??? It's a little too easy, if you ask me. Like...I think i'll stop at Target on the way home for some peanut butter cups to make this tonight...easy. Oh man, I hear my running shoes calling me...

Thanks for stopping by, friends!!
